Clean Camera is a business operated by McEver Group, LLC. These Terms of Service apply to Clean Camera's repair services and customer communications.

Submitting a repair request begins an inquiry; it does not guarantee that an item can be repaired or that a quoted price is final. Clean Camera may need to inspect equipment before providing an estimate. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and appropriately insuring equipment shipped to us. Repair timelines depend on diagnosis, parts availability, and service complexity. Payment and return-shipping arrangements will be confirmed directly with the customer.

SMS service terms

Clean Camera repair updates are optional service text messages for customers who expressly opt in using the unchecked checkbox on the repair request form. Messages may include request confirmations, check-in notices, repair progress, and shipping updates. Message frequency varies based on your repair. Message and data rates may apply.
