Clean Camera, Cass City, Michigan, collects customer contact information, shipping details, equipment descriptions, serial numbers, service notes and repair history to process repair requests, communicate about service, receive and return equipment, and maintain business records.

Text messages

If you separately opt in, we may send service-related SMS updates about your repair. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to texts is not required for service. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers

We use service providers such as Netlify for hosting, a database provider for secure records, and (when configured) Twilio for SMS and an email provider for service notices. They process information on our behalf for the purposes described here.

Retention and security

We retain repair and transaction records as reasonably needed for service history, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use access controls and appropriate safeguards; no internet transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to review or correct contact information, or request deletion where legally appropriate. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
